About the Convention - 2021 will be a virtual Celebration

The National Federation of Democratic Women’s National Convention is traditionally held each year in one of the 34 participating states. The 50th Anniversary Celebration and Convention will be virtual this year and hosted by the National Federation. The annual convention is where Federated State Presidents and the NFDW Executive Board make crucial decisions about growing the organization, utilizing resources and how best to further the mission of the National Federation of Democratic Women. We will be putting together an exciting list of speakers and presenters on such topics as leadership, organizing campaigns, engaging with the media. In addition to the speakers and workshops, you will always find an array of some of the most interesting progressive women and leaders from across the country.
