TRUE BLUE CERTIFICATE AWARDS

This award’s criteria is as follows:

• The purpose of the certificates is to recognize outstanding and dedicated grassroots members who demonstrate our democratic values.

• Each state federation shall present no more than 5 per year.

• A person will only be a recipient one time.

• The certificates will be presented annually by each state.

• The certificates will be signed by the National President and the appropriate State President.
